I utilize an array of culturally and trauma informed techniques and approaches. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Feminist Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through our collaborative work, we will identify which elements of these therapies feel most helpful for you.

The wellness path is not one with a final destination; rather, it is a way of being in the world. Positive change takes time and balance, we will move at the pace that you need. In our work together, I commit to take the time necessary to understand you deeply, to honor your story, and to maintain a trusting, non-judgmental space in which you feel seen and valued. I am grateful to serve in this role, for I am continually inspired by how much I have learned from my clients and their resiliency.
